TriOps® Milsim is an international MagFed paintball tournament format built around tactical, mission-based gameplay and small-team competition.
Each match places three teams simultaneously on the field, operating from independent landing zones and competing for time-sensitive objectives. The format rewards teamwork, communication, and disciplined execution under pressure. Matches are short, structured, and designed to test decision-making in dynamic scenarios rather than simple elimination play.
TriOps operates through a licensed international partner network, allowing regional organizers to run national circuits under a shared ruleset, scoring system, and competitive framework. Teams accumulate points through national events, contributing to the global competitive ecosystem.
The season culminates in the TriOps® Nations Cup, where national champions compete on the international stage. The 2026 Champions Final will take place during the Euro Super Game in Poland, the largest MagFed event in the world, bringing together elite teams from multiple countries.
